Shipping During Warm Months- Our candles are made of 100% natural soy wax and have higher chance of slightly melting during transit resulting in crystal and flowers becoming displaced. Please understand this before placing your order. We try to combat this by utilizing priority shipping and only shipping out on Mondays & Tuesdays to ensure a speedy delivery. However there are always unpredictable conditions that your package can be exposed to during it's travel: hot delivery trucks, being left in the sun for too long, long distance travel, hot mail box and so on. 

We're a small business and every order is truly appreciated. We like to work with our customers to ensure the most successful delivery possible. Some measures you can take to help during this process: 1) track your order so you know when it's been delivered. 2) Ask other members in your household or neighborhood to keep an eye out for your package.

What are your candles made of?
Our crackling wooden wick candles are made of 100% natural soy wax and clean fragrance oils that contain essential oils. 

What materials do you use for shipping? 
We repurpose and upcycle packaging supplies as much as possible so nothing goes to waste! These materials can include a verity of packing peanuts, shredded paper, parchment paper, etc.. When shipping during the warmer months, we do need to wrap the candles in a cool shield bubble wrap to help insure their quality. 

When will I receive my order?

• Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
• Shipping during Warm Weather: Orders are only shipped out Mondays & Tuesdays, via USPS Priority during the warmer months (usually late April through September). This is to ensure the quality of your items stay intact.
• Shipping during cooler weather: Your order will ship out 1-2 days after it has been processed. 

When will I be charged for my order?
At the time of purchase

Do you ship overseas or to P.O. boxes?
Currently we do not ship overseas, however we to ship to PO boxes located in the United States.
